Francesco Roberto Frassoni was born in Milan on February 2nd 1979.

He graduated from the Cattolica del Sacro Cuore Universtity of Milan in 2005 with a LLB: He presented a thesis on the appointment of the administrative bodies of Bank Foundation, published on the Giovanni Agnelli Foundation Website.

From 2005 to 2010 Mr. Frassoni worked with the top legal firms of Milan, offering professional collaborations in matters of civil, sports, banking, financial, insurance and insolvency law.

Since 2008 Mr. Frassoni serves on the Milan Bar Association and he has rights of audience before the italian Supreme Court.

He received his Masters in Banking and Financial Law in 2009 and obtained a Master’s degreee in Business Law at Il Sole 24 Ore s.p.a. in 2013.

In 2010 he successfully opened his own private practice focusing on civil, financial-banking and real estate law.
